1. Program Description

Amazing Power Wash (powered by TWTX Exterior Cleaning) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about exterior cleaning services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

• Quote responses – replies to quote requests you submit on our website.
• Appointment reminders – confirmations, scheduling updates, arrival windows, and follow-ups for cleaning services.
• Account & service notifications – invoices, payment receipts, and service completion notices.
• Promotional messages – occasional offers, seasonal specials, and marketing about our services.

3. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by (a) checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form, (b) texting us directly at (832) 786-9274, or (c) verbally providing your phone number and consent during a call or in-person visit. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS communications. To rejoin, reply START or contact us again.

6. Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Amazing Power Wash does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to communicate with you about our services. See our privacy practices for more detail.
